Logistics Support Analysis

Ensuring that a complicated and costly system is managed in a steady, sustainable and cost effective way is a job that requires expertise and experience and labor-intensive work.

Logistic Support Analysis is a multidisciplinary engineering method that can be applied at every stage of the entire life cycle, from the idea stage of the product to its design, from the procurement process to disposal, and carried out with the participation of all stakeholders, in order to create the most supportable systems possible by considering your assets from the perspective of the Integrated Logistic Support concept.

With our staff with many years of experience in the field of ILS and expert personnel in different technical system fields, our knowledge necessary to handle your assets in a holistic manner and our experience in ILS, we carry out FMECA, RAM, MTA, LORA Logistic Support Analysis activities in accordance with international standards (MIL-STD-1388-1A, S3000L) and together we ensure the supportability of your products.

FMECA

FMECA is an analysis applied in order to increase the safety and reliability of a product by listing the possible errors that may occur in the designed product for all of its life cycle phases, examining the causes of those errors and trying to eliminate or mitigate the potential effects of a spesific error. FMECA analysis is fed with a continuous flow of information from all units, from design teams to field staff.

The benefit of a correctly implemented and documented FMECA is not only limited to the work done on your existing product, but also providing the maximum benefit for every future project of yours by creating a very valuable organizational memory and information library for your company.

RAM

RAM Analysis is the analysis of the temporal cost of the activities that are carried out to examine the system element which is likely to cause an error according to the FMECA results, the effects of that error on the operation of the system and to determine the frequency of the error so that the systems probability of working without an error is increased through the operational use of the system.

In order for RAM analysis to be carried out in a way that provides the highest benefit, modelling of the system should be handled accurately and mathematical data should be evaluated by experienced people. We work to ensure that your products have optimum performance and are predictable with the RAM Analysis activity carried out in accordance with international standards.

MTA

Needs such as maintenance, repair, control and testing of your asset that arise as a result of LSA activities, as well as the frequency and duration of those operations need to be performed are documented by implementing the Maintenance Task Analysis. Depending on these, the required spare parts and consumables, as well as tool, personnel and facility needs are determined. In MTA analysis, dangerous situations that may occur during maintenance are identified and documented, along with the evaluation of personnel and facility capabilities.

By handling the MTA activity with a holistic approach, we ensure that the maintenance needs of your products are met in the most accurate, efficient and safe way, in accordance with your and your customer’s maintenance concept and needs.

LORA

Maintenance Level Analysis is the analytical studies performed to determine the most effective and cost-effective maintenance level, support structure or disposal alternative for a product. The process combines design, operation, performance, cost, product support and availability characteristics to determine the most appropriate maintenance and support concept, resulting in repair or disposal alternatives that comply with sustainability requirements throughout the product’s life cycle.

With the LORA activity we carry out, we support you in planning the maintenance of your products by evaluating your maintenance concept, requirements and the facilities and infrastructure of your maintenance facilities together with you.
